1. Engagement & NDAs

We execute a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing technical wireframes, database mockups, or source code integrations. No client-owned database keys or business logic sheets are hosted publicly.

2. Source Code Ownership

Upon full payment of all milestone invoices as documented in the custom software development contract, full source code IP ownership is transferred to the client. We retain no licensing fees or developer block lockouts.
